Connectivity issues when playing with others on the same network

We have seen a few individuals who run into issues if they are playing on the same network, but we are unsure why this would be the case.

There are few things to check first however which may help resolve the issue, most of which are related to router settings.

First, make sure UPnP is enabled where possible.

Then, double check that NAT is also enabled on your router.

I've seen IPv6 connections sometimes cause issues, so enabling native IPv4 connections and resetting forwarding ports may help.
